Lost Device / Temporary 2FA Login

If you have lost your 2-Step Verification device or need to temporarily login without using your 2-Step Verification. Please open a ticket and request a backup code.

Steps to Log In with a Backup Code

1. Go to Google Sign-In and enter your school email and password.
2. When the screen prompts you for your verification code (like from an authenticator app or lost phone), click Try another way.
3. Look for and select the option that says Enter one of your 8-digit backup codes.
4. Type in the temporary backup code sent by your admin and submit it.
